Marni Maree is a Springfield, Virginia artist
originally from Philadelphia, PA where she received her BFA from Moore
College of Art and Design. She works with watercolor to create dramatic views
of flowers and nature. Her favorite spot to paint is Green Spring Gardens,
Alexandria, VA, where there is always something new growing and gardens being
designed. Marni is the past president of the Springfield Art Guild and has
been a member since 1995. She is also a member of the
ValeArts, Potomac Valley
Watercolorists, the Vienna Arts Society, Vienna, VA, Fairfax Art League,
Fairfax, VA, Pennsylvania Watercolor Society, Virginia Watercolor Society and
The Arts Council of Fairfax County. She exhibited at the
Loft Gallery in Occoquan, VA for 10 years.
